I have been so focused on watching what I eat and exercising I forgot I had this blog. My band scored a crap-load of gigs, 11 more to be exact. We are playing Tailgators, Volume, Knuckleheads, Hot Shots and Next Door in the upcoming months. Hope you can make it.
On a previous note, I posted a blog back on January 13th about trying to lose weight. I have lost 30 lbs. in 3 months. I am shooting for another 10-20 by the end of the year. Wish me luck.
